자바로 만들어진 이클립스 플랫폼 기반의 오픈소스 데스크톱 GIS 프로그램으로 공간 정보 데이터의 접근, 편집, 시각화를 위한 프로그램이다.
주로 GeoServer 의 레이어에 적용할 스타일 sld 파일을 만들기 위해서 사용한다
